Storyline
When a devastating zombie outbreak overruns San Francisco, a group of survivors searches for a place where they can escape the growing undead threat.
The survivors eventually take refuge on Alcatraz Island, believing the isolated prison will provide protection from the zombie hordes. Their safety, however, does not last for long.
When the undead manage to breach their refuge, the survivors are forced to leave the island and return to a mainland filled with zombies. Their desperate journey becomes even more dangerous as they struggle to stay alive.
The group discovers that a scientist may have found a possible cure for the zombie infection. With hope running out, they must cross the zombie-infested city and find the scientist before it is too late.
Their journey becomes a brutal fight for survival as they face the undead, dangerous situations and difficult choices in a world that has been transformed by the apocalypse.
